Lessons Learned

We seem to have hit a lull.  Despite completing our world domination task in only three days, we are still waiting for our reward, more files released from the C-12 group.  And the newest mission, retrieving a flash drive from Trafalgar Square in London is out of reach for most of us. The files that have been released have only confirmed my earlier speculation.  Thanatos' Sin is Sam Rosebud, and Teacher John is his brother, both sons of Kane Rosebud, AKA Captain X.  TS is taking his revenge against The Twelve for their role in Project Thanatos, the elimination of the original group of soldiers somehow endowed with super powers, including Kane Rosebud.  But there is still plenty we don't know, and can't know until we get more info!

The lesson I take away from this is that there should always be overlapping missions, so that if one gets bogged down a second can take up the slack.

First we take Manhattan....then we take Berlin!

Curiouser and curiouser.  Just as we are getting reved up to claim the world before the C12 group does, yet another mysterious figure rears his head.  A fellow called Zero who has a penchant for binary.  In-game?  Random villain?  Thanatos' Sin's evil (eviler?) twin?  Only time will tell.

World Domination, We Haz It

Mission five begins.  It seems even villains need social networking skills.  I have friends in NYC and San Francisco who might help out.  Hope my fellow villains have global contacts...

Questions...

Well, I've gotten a little more proactive in the process now, and have fired off questions (via blog comments) to both "Teacher John" and Thanatos' Sin.  Clearly they both know more about this situation than they are letting on, and aspiring villains don't like being kept in the dark!

EDIT: Thanatos' Sin replied to my question in a way that made me laugh out loud in class.  Serves me right for checking my ARG blog just before my anthropology class started!
